1. INCITING INCIDENT

Severus Snape is visited by Bellatrix Lestrange and Narcissa Malfoy. In a cryptic exchange, Snape agrees to an Unbreakable Vow. The vow binds Snape to watch over and protect Draco Malfoy. It is revealed that Voldemort has given Draco a mission, and Snape agrees to complete the mission if Draco is unable to do it. (00:15:32)

2. LOCK IN (End of Act One)

Dumbledore summons Harry to his office. He shows Harry his first memory of Voldemort through the Pensieve. Dumbledore tells Harry that while at Hogwarts, Voldemort confided in Professor Slughorn. Since Slughorn already likes him because of his fame, Harry agrees to become close to Slughorn to get information. (00:40:00)

3. FIRST CULMINATION (Midpoint)

Over Christmas break, the Death Eaters come to the Weasley's home. Harry runs after Bellatrix Lestrange and Ginny follows him. After a battle in the cornfield, the Death Eaters vanish. Unfortunately, the Weasley's home has been set on fire and destroyed. (1:18:10)

4. MAIN CULMINATION (End of Act Two)

As Harry and Dumbledore return from retrieving the Horcrux, Draco lets the Death Eaters into Hogwarts through the Vanishing Cabinet. Draco finds Dumbledore in order to fulfill his orders to kill the headmaster. When the Death Eaters arrive on the scene, it is clear that Draco cannot go through with it. Snape arrives and fulfills the Unbreakable Vow by killing Dumbledore. (2:09:51)

5. THIRD ACT TWIST

Harry reveals to Ron and Hermione that the Horcrux he and Dumbledore acquired is fake. The real one was taken by the mysterious "R.A.B". (2:20:50)
