Premiering at the Dallas International Film Festival, “Flutter” is the second feature from Texas filmmaker Eric Hueber. The film stars Lindsay Pulsipher (“True Blood”) as JoLynn, mother to a young boy with a unique eye disorder, causing his eyes to flutter. Jesse Plemons (“Breaking Bad”) plays her husband David, who is constantly away, traveling as a musician. JoLynn must raise her son alone and learn what it means to be a mother and nurturer. Hueber and I chatted about his incredible cast, utilizing the Texas community and creating a story inspired by his own mother.
