From the minds of Charlie Kaufman and Duke Johnson comes the critically acclaimed stop-motion film, Anomalisa. Michael Stone, an author of books on the subject of customer service, struggles with his inability to connect to people. One night, while on a routine business trip, he meets a stranger who changes his world view. Anomalisa marks the end of a seven year hiatus for Kaufman, whose last film as director was 2008’s Synecdoche, New York. As the creative force behind such classic screenplays as Being John Malkovich, Adaptation, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, we couldn’t be more excited for what he has in store for us here.
