WeScreenplay Shorts Contest Announces Quarter Finalists:

About the contest: The WeScreenplay Shorts Screenwriting Competition’s mission is to provide talented writers and filmmakers the financial means to turn their amazing short scripts into short films. The large budget of the contest will be used to cover the budget of the short film as determined by the creators of the film, not by the contest.”

ScreenCraft Fellowship Announces Quarter Finalists: 

About the contest: The chosen recipients will receive ongoing professional support and a special trip to Los Angeles for meetings and introductions to key entertainment executives, producers and representatives. Past ScreenCraft Fellowship winners have optioned their projects and signed with top representatives at 3Arts, Anonymous Content, Paradigm Talent Agency, ICM, Bellevue Productions and more.

China-Hollywood Screenwriting Fellowship Semi-Finalists: 

About the contest: The program aims to finance and develop up to four projects for production and distribution within the US and China each year. Winners will each be offered a WGA-scale option fee of up to $13,374 against a purchase price of up to $133,739, depending on the final budget of each film. Each of the top 30 finalists will also be considered for first-look deals with Orb Media Group.

Fresh Voices Finalists:
