ScreenCraft Announces Details in 2018 Orb Media China-Hollywood Screenwriting Fellowship

ScreenCraft has announced that they will once again be partnering with Orb Media Group for the 2nd annual China–Hollywood Screenwriting Fellowship.

The grand prize winner of this 2018 China–Hollywood Fellowship will receive a WGA-scale option offer from Orb Media Group (up to $13,000+ depending on the budget scale of the feature film screenplay), plus a trip to the Shanghai Film Festival for meetings and mentorship.

Last year’s winners also joined us at the Shanghai Film Festival in June 2017 where ScreenCraft hosted a panel with filmmakers James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy), Max Borenstein (Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla) and Peter Chan (American Dreams in China).

Semifinalists Announced in 2017 ScreenCraft Drama Screenplay Contest 

ScreenCraft has announced semifinalists in the inaugural ScreenCraft Drama Screenplay Contest. The semifinalists will each be moving into the final rounds of the competition, which features a jury of literary agents, managers and development executives. The winner of the competition will receive $1000 dollars as well as introductions and consultations with leading industry figures.
