If you’re a fan of the hidden camera TV show Impractical Jokers, you won’t want to miss this podcast with director and co-writer, Chris Henchy. He takes us behind the scenes and spills secrets of shooting with the Jokers, what they’re like in real life and the funny scene that was so dangerous, they had to cut it from the film. There’s also a secret cameo by a big star he wouldn’t reveal to me until I stopped recording.
Chris also shares the stress of working with non-actors called “marks,” couch-surfing as a struggling writer and developing a relationship with Will Farrell and Adam McKay by joining their basketball games.
Impractical Jokers: The Movie opens in 50+ cities Feb. 21. If the film does well, it will roll out to more cities in the weeks that follow.
